EcoImpact is a scaleable project that restores mangroves and other coastal ecosystems while uplifting vulnerable families. By providing immediate relief and economic benefits to low income families, the project strengthens community engagement and creates vital financial streams to sustain the restoration efforts.
The mangrove ecosystem along Tudor Creek has suffered severe degradation, now standing as a secondary forest, natural recovery to levels pre-1990s is slow or unlikely without active interventions. Moreover, existing restoration efforts are rarely community-centred, overlook root causes of decline and fail to offer sustainable long-term solutions.

What We Do
Transplanted mangroves on previous open spaces
Transplanted mangroves survival rates impressively at 98%
A functional water station in the village. Reports of emergency supply of clean water during shortage and reduced congestion in nearby primary sources.
A functional tree nursery capable of producing a variety of trees to meet demand for tree-based products on farms and public spaces.
Members of the group have conducted an exposure visit to a reputable crab farm for benchmarking.
Part of the income from project activities used to establish a demonstration crab farm
